Rainbow Fluorite is one of my favorites for shadow work. Its gentle energy helps ground and focus. If your mind wanders when you are setting your intentions, rainbow fluorite is the stone for you.
Personally, I find rainbow fluorite calms my adhd related anxiety. It quiets all of the “what ifs” in my mind.
