Metaphysical Properties

If I had to recommend one crystal for pain of any sort, it would be rhodonite. Now, to clarify that statement, because I’m definitely not making any medical claims that could possibly get me in legal trouble, I recommend rhodonite to those in pain because it’s very pretty and looking at pretty things can make people feel better.

I’m definitely not saying it’s good for healing bruises. I haven’t used it at all to relieve the pain in my neck and shoulders by rubbing my rhodonite sphere up and down my back and neck. Totally have not done that on a daily basis to relieve my physical pain. Nope. Not at all.

Emotionally, it’s going to promote emotional health and healing. It encourages self love and helps one release negative emotions.

Rhodonite is also a favorite for getting over a breakup or any type of heartbreak for that matter.

If your heart has really been shattered, pair it with Lepidolite and just have a good cry.
